You create and process your own-responsive tray plans in rough and fine planning with CAD software You evaluate geodata using GIS programs and derive sound planning decisions You check plans for technical feasibility and ensure that all requirements and standards are complied with You accompany approval procedures and prepare the necessary technical documentation You maintain and manage planning documents and ensure an always up-to-date and complete project documentation You plan and coordinate internal and external dates as part of the project implementation and support contract and price negotiations with external partners:

You have a completed training in the technical field (e.g. surveying technician:in, design designer:in, technical:r Dr.:in) or a comparable degree You have professional experience in the field of trash planning, management documentation or similar tasks, which is advantageous You are safe in handling CAD software and have experience in GIS programs You have knowledge of approval procedures and the preparation of technical documentation You have organisational strength and experience in appointment coordination and in support of negotiations with external partners: You work structured and carefully with high quality standards and have good communication skills in exchange with internal and external responders
