Responsibility: You balance your role perfectly – 50% of your time you're committed to administration and structuring, while you fill the other 50% with your content expertise Creating concepts: You develop concepts for the sports and health sectors both independently and in the team and represent the results in an appealing form using applications (e.g. Google Apps). Bringing expertise: You focus on a clear focus on sports science and cover a wide range of topics from athletics to operational health management (BGM) to physical and mental health Promoting innovation: You deal intensively with the topics of training, regeneration, health management and interaction with scientifically proven methods Living connectedness: You are highly communicative and create a bridge between scientific theory and practical implementation in the group
