You actively support the Sales department manager in the management and further development of central sales tasks in the Baden-Württemberg – Hessen and Nord-Ost group as well as in the subsidiaries You take over the management of the sales services at the Baden-Baden location for a team of 4 people and are responsible for the departments of master data management, reporting, sales controlling including loss management, sales planning and contract management You harmonize and optimize sales processes and adjacent processes, analyze interfaces and drive a uniform, efficient process landscape You plan and accompany sales-relevant projects, in particular in connection with the online order portal and the introduction or Conversion to SAP S/4HANA and the introduction of AI in sales – the mapping of new processes of SAP R3 in the transformation to S/4HANA can be learned during the incorporation into project meetings You coordinate the activities in the internal service, monitor appointments and ensure a structured task distribution For decision-making processes, compile results, examine, evaluate and prepare them accordingly
