You will address our customers with questions and problems on the phone or by e-mail and take care of your professional and friendly solution You are responsible for the technical examination and evaluation of customer requests You ensure the rapid processing and completion of customer requests in close cooperation with our national and international partners You always have an open ear for our customers and make it possible to find culinary solutions to the satisfaction of our customers in case of questions about bookings – by phone and email Together with your team, you will participate in internal quality assurance to ensure fault-free processing To further develop our internal processes, you work closely with our experts

Professional experience in dialogue marketing, in the tourism/hotel industry (e.g. reservation department) or in telephone customer contact Ideally completed training in commercial or tourist areas In consultations with our customers, you will be able to draw your attention through a friendly, reputable and solution-oriented appearance.
