Sales Manager - Hydrogen / Solution Sales / Energy Services (m/w/d)

As an internationally established company, we develop, build and sell or operate green hydrogen electrolysis plants in the core business and thus cover the entire value chain for hydrogen plants. You sell hydrogen supply contracts to operators of bus, truck and car fleets, municipalities, the PNV and gas station operators You develop customer-specific supply solutions, possibly with your own HRS operation, onsite/offsite production and logistics concepts You work out long-term economic and technical contracts, including volume bands, price formulas and delivery guarantees You advise customers along the entire value chain – from hydrogen production to distribution to fuelling You analyze the market and identify new markets in mobility and energy infrastructure You support building strategic partnerships, such as fleet operators or gas station chains You work on offerings, supply processes and contract negotiations in close coordination with project development, technology, legal and O&M

You bring several years of experience in technical sales or solution sales, ideally in the field of gas station technology, energy services or mobility solutions You have a degree in economic engineering, energy management, mobility, mechanical engineering or a comparable subject You have an understanding of operating and supply concepts in the field of hydrogen infrastructure, which is advantageous You are experienced in the design and negotiation of service and supply contracts, such as O&M contracts, hydrogen supply contracts or contracting models. You draw from high customer orientation, negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking You are ready to travel, mainly within Germany and possibly in adjacent markets You have knowledge of German and English with a high degree of negotiation
