Security Culture Consultant (m/f/d)

To strengthen our dynamically growing team, we are looking for a dedicated personality that helps organizations develop their security culture in a sustainable and effective way. As a consultant in the field of security culture, you accompany companies in the analysis and further development of their lived security culture. These include in particular: Analysis & Diagnostics Implementation of cultural and security analyses (interviews, surveys, observations and document analyses) and the evaluation of qualitative and quantitative data by means of analogue and digital methods Creation of cultural profiles, recommendations for action and action plans Conception and implementation Development and moderation of workshops, trainings and formats to raise awareness of safety culture Accompanying change processes and establishing structures and framework conditions Designing measures to promote open learning and error culture Advice and coaching of executives, teams and project groups in implementing cultural and structural changes Development of communication measures to strengthen security culture and internal communication Project management Takeover of responsibility within our projects Development goal: Self-employed customer support and the establishment of long-term industrial relations
