Telephone and written advice of our insurers on personal health insurance (full and supplementary insurance) Answering general contract, performance and aid issues Medical examination of the requirements on the basis of the General Insurance Terms and Internal Work Directives Self-testing and billing of medical bills according to GOÄ and GOZ Accounting of insurance benefits Takeover of the technical responsibility for the aid supplementary insurance, in particular: ensuring, defining and optimising uniform procedures Knowledge transfer within the team Processing and meeting of complex individual cases Direct contact for team members and department management Introduction/Onboarding of new employees Planning and moderation of regular tariff group meetings

Complete training as a merchant/wife for insurance and finance or Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Very good knowledge of private health insurance Very good knowledge of GOÄ, basics in GOZ desirable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of EDV, especially MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Service orientation, flexibility, communication strength and team spirit
