Scouting & Analysis: Proactive identification of the respective national regulations for the financing of daycare centers and schools in the federal states as well as appropriate funding programmes of the federal government, countries and municipalities and evaluation of their relevance for our business objectives Application: Control of the entire application process, formulation of meaningful project descriptions for funding programs and preparation of the required calculations Interface Management: Function as a bridge between management, accounting and controlling as well as address-oriented processing of relevant data for all levels Stakeholder Communication: Active care of contact with authorities and project promoters and secure representation of our interests to the outside Monitoring & maintenance: Responsibility for the creation of evidence of use, management of document lists and ensuring compliance with all deadlines and obligations
Successfully completed economic studies (BWL, VWL, Public Management) or a comparable qualification Ideally practical experience in funding or project controlling Structured, careful, reliable and independent operation Very good analytical skills and competence to concise complex facts concise Friendly and binding communication internally and in contact with authorities Safe handling of MS Excel and optimal experience with ERP systems Very good German and ideally good English knowledge in word and writing
