In our psychiatric hospital, around 17,000 patients are treated in seven independent clinics of different disciplines at seven locations each year in a stationary, daily clinical and outpatient manner. The Klinikum am Weissenhof is recognized as an academic teaching hospital at the University of Heidelberg and is involved in the teaching of psychiatry and psychotherapy at the Faculty of Medicine.

Together with the psychiatry Schwäbisch Hall gGmbH, the Klinikum am Weissenhof in Weinsberg runs the Centre for Mental Health Schwäbisch Hall.

In Schwäbisch Hall we treat patients in general psychiatry, Gerontopsychiatrie, child and youth psychiatry and addiction therapy in a stationary, day-clinical and outpatient manner.

Our Clinic for General Psychiatry and Psychotherapy community care seeks At the next possible time at the Schwäbisch Hall site as

Senior Caregiver (w/m/d) at our General Psychiatric Station P92 | in full time or part time

• Ensuring professional care
• Participation in the construction, coordination and development of organisational processes and treatment processes
• Advice, guidance and support for patients to develop and maintain and maintain Recovery of self-care skills
• Implementation of individual and group treatments
• Planning, design and implementation of the care process in the reference care system and coordination in the interdisciplinary team

Your profile
