Educational specialist for individual development support (m/f/d)

We are a young, free and recognized institution of Kitas and stand for modern pedagogy centered on the child. Our goals are happy children as well as satisfied parents, colleagues in currently 15 daycare centres, 3 family offices and our headquarters. Some children need a little more support in their development, other special support to find and retain their place in the group.

For these children we are looking for a pedagogical specialist in part-time (20 hours per week) for our Kita Wiesenwichtel in Menden, who wants to accompany and promote our Kita children across groups with sensitivity and patience.

Supported by our specialist consulting for inclusion and integration, Katrin, who will accompany you professionally and personally, advise and strengthen you, you will be part of a dedicated team that will work together for an environment where every child can develop in his personality.

You accompany children across groups in their development and support them where You need individual support and special support. You recognize the strengths, interests and resources of each child and develop targeted support and support measures on this basis. You document observations, regularly check the effectiveness of your actions and adjust them to the child's development steps. With special attention to integrative children, you are working on the further development of our pedagogical concept in order to create an atmosphere in which each child can participate and co-design. You support trusting and partnership with parents – transparent, sensitive and at eye level. Together with your team, you create a Kita everyday where differences are understood as strength and every child finds his place. You are never alone with us – besides your Kita leadership and your team Our specialist advice by phone or in person on site is available to you. It accompanies you in professional and organizational questions, in conceptual work and in individual educational situations, so that you feel professionally safe and humanly strengthened.

You have a completed training as an educator, health education or health caregiver (m/w/d). Ideally, you bring first experience in the individual development promotion of integrative children or have an interest in collecting them with us. You see the child as a whole – with his needs, skills and emotions – and work with competence, patience and empathy. You are team-oriented, communicative and open to new impulses. You work independently and reflect, but you also seek professional exchange with colleagues. Flexibility, sense of responsibility and joy in further development complete your profile.
