We provide services related to the construction and management of real estate, its equipment and rental and operation, as well as the organisation and implementation of events, including the provision of event rooms and marketing.

We extend the educational campus Heilbronn on Campus West and implement a large project for student housing in parallel. These construction projects are not only large but also pioneering: we rely on innovative concepts, pioneering technologies and place great emphasis on sustainability. As a building manager (m/w/d), you are the central contact person and the driving force for these exciting projects.

Coordination: You are responsible for the comprehensive coordination of all parties involved in the project – from internal stakeholders to architects and specialist planners to authorities and construction companies. Control: You take the active control of object and specialist planning, monitor dates, costs and qualities and ensure that the project objectives are achieved. Organization: You're planning an efficient project organization according to HOAI and AHO to ensure a smooth process. Quality assurance: You ensure compliance with high quality standards, in particular with regard to sustainability and innovation. Communication: You are the interface to all project participants and ensure a transparent flow of information.

A completed study in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline. Multiannual well-founded professional experience in project management or contractor representation of major projects, ideally in the field of education, research or housing. Detectional knowledge and practical experience in the application of HOAI and AHO as well as experience with sustainable construction. Embossed communication and negotiation skills as well as fluent knowledge of German in word and writing. Structured, independent and result-oriented working methods.
