Trainee Risk Management - Schwerpunkt Corporate Finance (m/f/d)

Get to know the exciting international world of corporate finance! As a full-fledged team member, you will receive a well-founded, structured training in risk management and a direct insight into the business activities of ABS, acquisition finances or mobile leasing. You take care of your future work area gradually and well. Creative and “around the corner” thinking is explicitly desired in structured financing - together with the team you develop suitable solutions for complex questions. You accompany transactions, participate in credit decisions, gradually manage a portfolio of corporate customers with broad industry diversification and get to know interesting personalities in customer appointments. Structured financing requires use - at the same time you work closely with experienced colleagues, so that complex transactions are also brought together as a team over the target line. In cross-departmental and cross-departmental projects, you actively work with us on the future of LBBW.

The basis for your entry is a completed or just before the completion of economics studies with finance or a bank-specific training with further qualification. In the selection process you convince with a successfully completed cognitive performance test. About internships and work students you could already gain first practical experience in risk management. You are happy to work with customers and you are advocating your cooperation and negotiation skills. You can communicate at least in German and English at the language level C1. With your IT skills, you bring new ideas and support the digitalization trend. With 'good sense of humor', curiosity, openness, innovativeness and lust for challenges, you fit very well into the team.
