Offer creation: Creating offers in SAP in coordination with the relevant key account manager Order processing: Order registration incl. Examination of conditions and initiation of technical and commercial audits Data management: Maintenance of customer master data and appointment monitoring Accounting: Creation of invoices, bonuses, credits and consignment deposit accounts Advertising management: Processing of customer complaints Sample coordination: settlement of sample orders Export processing: production of relevant export documents (e.g. accreditation, certificates of origin, change)

Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training Experience: professional experience in a similar position Software competency: Secure handling of MS Office and SAP Personal strengths: Embossed customer and service orientation Knowledge of German and very good English skills
