You can do this with us:

• Implementation of repairs and small repairs
• Implementation and documentation of tours in the assigned objects
• Monitoring the state of the buildings and the functions of the technical installations Contact for the customer on site

Take this with you:

• A successfully completed training in a craft or technical profession
• First professional experience in comparable position desirable
• Handicraft skill paired with service orientation and a pronounced service
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Self-employed, responsible, result-oriented and solution-oriented work
• High service and customer orientation as well as team skills, readiness and awareness of responsibility
• Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (with additional remuneration)
• Class B licence required

Framework conditions: Full time office, Monday to Friday Start of work at 06:00 Use as a jumper in three objects Varied activities in the field of facility management / building technology
