Inside Sales Manager / Fachberater Vertrieb (m/f/d)

Strengthen the team of DEKRA Akademie GmbH at our location in Koblenz. The job is limited to two years.

You accept new customers by phone for our open seminar and in-house business In addition, you will support existing customers and inspire them for our training and further training opportunities You clarify customer queries and find suitable solutions in personal conversation, via phone and email You agree customer talks for the sales service You calculate and create offers and shape sales actions Your transparent documentation of sales activities ensures our success

Commercial training with a focus on sales, marketing, customer service, training as a specialist or comparable qualification Professional experience in the distribution of services, ideally in the training and seminar business Experience in telephone customer service, basic social media knowledge Routined handling of M365 Impressed communication strength, team capacity and safe occurrence
