Together with a strong project team, you control your projects through all performance phases – from the first idea to the successful commissioning. With your know-how and willingness to design, you are shaping the railway stations and traffic stations in Niedersachsen and Bremen. Takeover of the control and control of planning and construction services for construction projects such as new / remodeling and modernization of transport stations, in terms of dates, qualities and planning and construction costs taking into account valid regulations You are responsible for the technical guidance and competent management of the project participants Designing the award of planning and construction services, monitoring the contractual obligations and enforcement of these to contractors In doing so, you represent the interests of the Personal Train Stations division as a builder to Group companies and third parties Your tasks include the technical examination and formal acceptance of planning services, the operation of active risk management, and the development of countercontrol measures in the event of deviations You ensure both proactive post-production management and secondary construction monitoring In addition, you can participate in project financing as well as in the commercial project completion
