(Senior) Product Manager KI-Agenten Anti Financial Crime (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the professional development of our AI agents, which support our AFC Operations team in the processing of Alerts, case clarifications and the creation of suspicion messages (§ 43 GwG) Together with AFC operations, compliance and data science, you define and sharpen the use cases of the agents - from the Alert priorization to the automated process of the situation up to the proposal for the FIU message You create (special) concepts and user stories for new agent skills and workflow steps, and accompany their implementation closely with the IT development team and external technology partners You continuously monitor and evaluate the quality, accuracy and traceability of the AI-generated proposals and conduct optimizations (prompting, guardrails, model fine tuning) You make sure that human-in-the-loop principles, four-eye principles and documentation obligations are adhered to every agent workflow and the results are audit-proof

You have a successfully completed study with economic or IT-technical orientation (e.g. business informatics, economic engineering, BWL) or a comparable qualification You bring professional experience in (technical) product management or as a product owner, ideally related to AI/automatization solutions and/or AML, Fraud Prevention or AFC case processing You have technical understanding of generic AI and agent-based systems (e.g. LLM agents, workflow orchestration) as well as the interest to translate this understanding professionally into regulated processes You have a pronounced affinity for data, processes and complex business logics as well as analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working You convince with excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality as well as very good German and good English skills in word and writing
