Responsible organisation and management of construction sites in the field of pipe and pipe construction Coordination and management of professional employees and subcontractors Monitoring compliance with appointments, quality and safety Support in construction site accounting and documentation Communication with commissioners, building managers:inside and other project participants Use of terrain shots, surveying work, cuts and the like Leading the building journal in agreement with the responsible building management Timely determination of the material requirement, material procurement, monitoring and disposition of Material deliveries and material returns in agreement with the construction line

A completed professional and technical vocational training and/or further training for the:r tested polisher:in (m/w/d) with a master letter or:r Werkpolier:in (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in piping, sewering or civil engineering or similar positions Management experience and enforcement Good knowledge in the field of occupational safety and safety at the construction site Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Reliability, readiness and flexibility driving licence class B Good computer skills (MS Office)
