SAUTER FM – As a team member of the Saarlouis branch, you will be responsible for our customer objects in the Mainz area, Kaiserslautern and the surrounding area, where you will be responsible for monitoring and operating building technology.

Your duties

• reliably wait for the building equipment of your specialist area and maintain it
• Continuously take the inspections as well as functional checks on the building equipment and fix their faults if necessary
• at any time helpful to serve our customers and tenants
• also accompany and monitor the subcontractors we use
• carefully record warranty defects to track them in time
• alternating with colleagues take part in readiness

Your profile

• a completed training as an electronic engineer for building and infrastructure systems, electrical installerin, plant mechanicin SHK, central heating and ventilation engineer*in or comparable training
• cross-sectoral knowledge of electrical, HLKS, fire protection technology desirable
• Class B licence
• pronounced service orientation and independent working
