Fleet Manager (m/f/d)

To support our fleet, we are looking for the next time Projektmanager (m/w/d). In this position you support the operational and administrative support of our fleets with a total of around 1,500 vehicles (cars, sprinters, trucks and trailers) and contribute to the smooth handling of daily fleet processes. Activity in close coordination with the management of the central technical shopping.

Maintenance and updating of the fleet software (system and administration of vehicle and driver data) Machining of driver and vehicle changes according to specification Administration and output of tank cards Support in vehicle disposition Organisation and coordination of vehicle transfers, withdrawals and transfers Processing of data and support for evaluations (KPIs) Support in process setup / process optimization Substantive audit and forwarding for approval Maintenance and management of contract documents (e.g. lease contracts, purchase invoices) Support for orders and administrative processing Participation in compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. HU, UVV, driving licence controls) Communication with suppliers and service providers after consultation Processing of offences, insurance documents and claims

Completed commercial or technical vocational training or studies (e.g. specialist, automotive businessman, logistics company) Professional experience in fleet management analytical, structured operation Understanding figures Safe handling of MS Office (in particular XLS)
