You are responsible for the daily management and optimization of logistics services in close cooperation with our external partners. You monitor and evaluate KPIs such as costs, efficiency and quality, and conduct continuous improvement. You make sure that service-level agreements are adhered to and supported in the negotiation of contract terms with logistics service providers. You identify and implement measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the logistics sector. You ensure compliance and work closely with internal and external partners. You plan and conduct regular audits and start detailed reporting for management. You are responsible for the correct inventory management, analysing inventory differences and implementing measures to avoid overstocks and abnormalities.

You have a completed training in the field of logistics, business management or a comparable qualification (e.g. specialist in logistics or technical business). Studies in the field of logistics or business management are advantageous, but no prerequisite. You have experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) You bring several years of experience in the operational logistics sector, ideally in 3PL management or in cooperation with external service providers. You can analyze logistics key figures and derive sound optimization measures. You speak German and English very well, both in word and in writing. You like working in the team and can communicate across areas. You are ready to maintain various locations and partners on site (about 30% of working hours). You work independently, structured and keep an overview under time pressure.
