At the next time, we are looking for you as an object manager:in cleaning services (w/m/d) for DB Services GmbH at the Hagen site Your tasks:

• In your position, you make sure that the objects with low complexity are always functional and traffic-proof and that the facility management services agreed with the customers are economically and market-oriented.
• You take over the planning, preparation, monitoring and outcome control of the work processes and control the home technicians assigned to the objects:
• For our customers:inside you are the first:r and regular:r Contact:in
• Renter wishes and troubleshootings are timely and pay attention to both the tenant satisfaction and the economy
• Monitoring for compliance with statutory and technical regulations, occupational safety, accident and fire protection is also one of your tasks
• You carry out the reporting, including documentation on executed work (own and foreign services)

Your profile:

• You bring a school degree and a successfully completed vocational training of any orientation, for example as a building cleaner:in
• Alternatively, you have extensive technical knowledge and multi-year experience in building services or facility management
• You like to work customer- and service-oriented
• Your stand-alone and problem-solving mode of operation as well as your safe handling of the standard software are the key
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• You have a valid class B license
