In short, We're not looking for an administrator of social media channels. We're looking for a storyteller.

→ You convert hotel moments into content. → You find the perspectives others overlook. → You develop ideas for posts, stories, reels and campaigns. → You are regularly traveling at our hotels and gathering real stories right on site. → You create content with a sense of design, visual language and brand effect. → You analyze results, identify potentials and continuously develop our social media presence. → You work closely with our marketing team, our hotels and external partners. → You plan and engage with bloggers, content creators and influencers – from the first idea to the implementation. → You also support our marketing team in further campaigns, promotions and projects related to hotel industry, gastronomy, wellness, events and employer branding.

You live social media and don't track trends until they're over. You have a training, study or comparable professional experience in marketing, communication, media, tourism, hotel industry or a similar field. You have already gained experience in social media management, content marketing or digital brand communication. You have a sense of good stories and strong images. Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms are part of everyday life for you. You work safely with Canva, the Meta Business Suite and ideally with other creative or design tools. You work creatively but at the same time structured. You can not only develop ideas, but also implement them. You have a class B licence and are happy to be on the move to produce content directly in our hotels and restaurants. DAS WÄRE EIN PLUS+ knowledge of graphic design and layout design
