Tasks

• Holistic, activating care and care of children in need of intensive care as part of full-station care
• Ensuring individual, need-oriented care, taking into account current care sciences
• Monitoring and operation of medical devices (e.g. ventilation, monitoring) and implementation of treatment care measures
• Close cooperation in an interdisciplinary team of nursing professionals, therapist:inside to optimal care of patients:inside
• Participation in the creation and further development of individual care and therapy concepts
• Sensitive accompaniment and counselling of relatives and promotion of parental work
• Careful documentation and quality assurance of all nursing measures
