As a central contact person and professional interface, you coordinate the cooperation with our insurance companies involved and the internal specialist areas around the management and participation income collection. You make sure that settlements in the management and participation business are created and handled on time, precise and in the highest quality. In addition, you check, process and tax share accounting as well as the associated payment flows and accounting transactions. You take responsibility for managing and voting accounts in our collection systems and SAP and ensure the care, monitoring and coordination of debtor and creditor accounts. You analyze and process differences, align with internal and external business partners and ensure the correct and timely processing of all business transactions. Last but not least, you actively shape the further development of our digital accounting and collection processes and bring your ideas into transformation and optimization projects.

With your structured, careful and self-responsive way of working, you testify in everyday work, analyze facts and keep an overview even in complex situations. Teamwork is self-evident: You communicate bindingly, find pragmatic solutions and always respond to internal and external contacts at eye level. In addition, you work safely with numbers, have very good Excel skills and bring high affinity to digital processes. You have a completed commercial training, ideally in the insurance, banking or financial environment, or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained experience with SAP or comparable ERP and accounting systems and work quickly and safely into new applications. Professional experience in insurance collection, equity, accounting or a comparable commercial function completes your profile.
