Head of Building Construction - Major Projects (m/f/d)

You continue to develop our location in the Braunschweig area – both humanly and through the expansion of our customer base You take over the overall responsibility for our construction projects from planning to acceptance and work closely with the management You control order processing in technical, economic, timely and qualitative terms and ensure compliance with all standards You monitor the quality of construction work and ensure smooth operations on the construction sites You conduct contract negotiations with contracting entities, subcontractors and suppliers You represent us as a face of the group of companies to the outside and maintain trusting customer relationships

You have several years of experience in the independent management of complex construction projects Thanks to your extensive know-how, you act safely and solution-oriented in building processes, techniques and materials You have sound knowledge of building and contract law You have proven experience in the successful management and implementation of large projects with a volume of between 40 and 60 million euros You lead clear, binding and with empathy and understand how to motivate and develop teams You gain new projects through expertise and trust and are ready to travel, primarily in Northern Germany (about 10%)
