The Octapharma production company Deutschland mbH (OPGD) in Springe near Hannover is one of five state-of-the-art production sites. There we produce with our around 850 employees: a finished product and intermediate products for further processing.

In your role as Specialist Communications (m/w/d), you are responsible for ensuring internal and external communication, organisation and implementation of personal marketing and employer branding at the Springe site. This position is sought in full time with 38.5 hours per week and indefinitely. Design our vision to create new health solutions that improve people's lives.

Control of internal communication and management of channels (e.g. intranet, employee app) Support and further development of external communication and content creation (e.g. LinkedIn, corporate website) Organisation and implementation of corporate events, sponsoring engagements and other communication-related events Control of Employer Branding Strategy Promoting brand and campaign development, including concept development and campaign implementation Storytelling to raise goals, aspirations, facts and strategies to life Control of service providers and agencies Cross-functional coordination, close cooperation with the Human Resources Department and with the Communications teams of the national and international Octapharma locations (including Stockholm, Vienna)

Higher education in the field of business, communication or marketing Multiannual, relevant professional experience Practical knowledge of social media High IT affinity with good user knowledge in, especially MS Office and CMS (Storyblok) Graphic skills and work with the Adobe Design Collection Excellent communication skills with excellent knowledge of German and English in Word & Writing Self-employed and analytical working methods and organisational capacity, creativity and flexibility International competence
