The regional club ADAC Nordbayern e.V. was founded in 1905. In the meantime, nearly 225 employees work in the Nordbayern area. We take care of the topics of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and of course ADAC membership.

Their task is to manage the properties in the Nordbayern area. You are responsible for reconstruction and renovation projects and prepare recommendations including cost estimates. In addition, you are responsible for new construction projects or object renovations as required. You independently process performance phases according to HOAI or coordinate specialist planners. You document all project progress independently, digitally and in a transparent way. In addition, you are responsible for acceptances, warranties and maintenance. You pick up offers, compare them and guide the assignments in the way, taking into account our procurement regulations and compliance rules. You control and coordinate the cooperation of all works, including correspondence with authorities. You are supported by a small team that will guide and coordinate you. Finally, you are entrusted with the establishment of cooperations with tour operators, regional partners and influencers.

You have a completed technical study of the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable. Alternatively, you have acquired the necessary knowledge through training, training and professional experience. You bring together an independent and independent way of working and always have a view of the time and costs of your projects. Excellent knowledge of common office software products and specialist software applications are of course for you.
