Guided tours on major projects As Obermonteur at Witt Elektro you are the central manager on the construction site. You guide your team, coordinate operations and ensure that large-scale electrotechnical projects are implemented efficiently, clean and structured. We work not in the field of small orders, but on industrial and industrial projects with clear planning, firm contacts and structured processes.

Your role in us You lead and coordinate your team at the construction site You control the execution of electrical installation work according to planning You keep dates, quality and efficiency in mind You are the central interface between construction site and project management In short, You take responsibility – and get the retention to fill it clean.

Your tasks Coordination and monitoring of electrical installation work on major projects Ensuring efficient and planned implementation Technical guidance and organization of your team Planning and coordination of personnel and material use Close cooperation with project managers, specialist planners and other trade unions Clean documentation of measurements, building day reports, performance certificates etc.

That's what you bring Completed electrotechnical training (e.g. electronics) Experience as an overrider, foreman or in comparable function Ability to manage teams clearly and organize construction sites structured A sense of responsibility, an overview and a solution-oriented approach driving licence class B
