Examination and preparation of all master and movement data for payment accounting and input into the accounting system Administration with entry, transfer and exit of employees Implementation of work contracts, contract changes and other wage-related letters (e.g. certificates, one-off payments) Conducting personal files and general archiving work Support of employees in tax, social insurance and labour law matters Monitoring of deadlines, e.g. in the context of wage advancement, parental leave, parental leave Administration of occupational pensions Processing of attachments Cooperation with health insurance and social security institutions Monitoring of social security, pay tax and customs checks Creation of complete pay billing up to monthly change/year change Transfer of payrolls and payrolls to financial accounting and the corresponding payroll accounts Participation in financial statements and support in internal/external audits and audits
