Personnel officer with a focus on training (m/f/d)

You take over the overall responsibility for training at the Raiffeisen Vital eG – from planning to successful final examination – You attend and accompany our trainees throughout their training period You plan and organize career fairs where you represent our cooperative with enthusiasm and commitment to the outside You take over applicant management – from the tender to the recruitment – You support our HR team throughout the Employee Life Cycle and actively contribute to the daily business You represent colleagues in the payroll and in the mistime administration

You have a completed commercial training with further training to/from the personal specialist businessman/wife or an economic study with a focus on personnel Ideally, you bring several years of experience in operational personnel work Very good knowledge of labour, wage and social security law You have a training course in AEVO You convince by a high level of sensitivity, communication strength and a sovereign appearance You burn for HR topics, have a pronounced hand-on mentality and have the pleasure to face new tasks and challenges
