What you can do with us As Environment & Release Manager for Workday & SAP HCM RISE, you are responsible for managing the HR system landscape via Workday, SAP HCM Payroll and connected systems. You coordinate environments, tenants, releases, transports and deployments and make sure that changes are made stable, safe and synchronous across all systems. Control and further development of the Mercedes-Benz Workday Tenant and SAP HCM RISE system landscape Planning and coordination of Workday Releases, SAP Transports and Deployments Workday Tenant Refreshes, System Copies and Environment Readiness Management Ensuring release readiness including testing, cutover and go-live Control technical dependencies between Workday, SAP HCM Payroll, integrations and adjacent systems Coordination of Hypercare and Stabilization Phases Cooperation with departments, delivery teams, providers, SAP and Workday Establishing governance, compliance and quality standards for platform operation

What you bring Must-Have Multiannual experience in environment and release management of at least one of the solutions Workday SAAS and/or SAP HCM Payroll Experience in Tenant, Environment or Release Management of Complex Business Applications Funded knowledge of system landscapes and release processes Experience with Test, Cutover and Go Live Control Understanding integrations, interfaces and end-to-end processes Ability to control technical and organizational dependencies Secure German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge
