In the Vitos accompanying psychiatric services, we serve adult men in our “special housing – transition facility for drug addicts” in Riedstadt, where there is a primary dependence on illegal drugs. Clients with a psychiatric accompanying disease (double diagnosis) are also included in the transition facility. At the closest possible time we are looking for a social pedagogue / social worker (m/w/d) transition institution permanently in 50% part time.

You accompany and treat people with mental disabilities and addiction as part of a special form of residence with shares in the resident housing. You promote the independence of clients through individual, life-structural and supportive measures based on the personal-centred integrated participation plan (PIT). You take responsibility for the care process as a coordinating reference. You work closely in the community-based psychiatric association as well as internal and external cooperation partners.

You have a corresponding degree (Soziale Arbeit B.A. or M.A.) and ideally have experiences in the care of people with mental disabilities and/or addiction. You are characterized by a high degree of professional and personal commitment. You bring communicative competence, decision-making and enforcement. You work independently, flexibly and responsibly. You are stressful and willing to actively contribute to everyday work You are familiar with the personal-centred Integrated Management Plan (PIT) or ready to work on you. In addition, you have a passenger car license as well as good PC identifiers (MS Office).

You will receive a wage according to the collective agreement and earn a salary according to the qualification and professional experience to enter between €3967,57 to €4.590.75 (valid from May 2026 on the basis of TVöD SuE, remuneration group S12). In addition, monthly allowances amounting to €25.00, plus a SuE supplement of €180.00 and an annual special payment of 85% of the monthly salary. The wage range indicated refers to full-time employment. For parttime jobs, the salary is calculated proportionately. You also benefit from an occupational pension scheme.
