Your tasks:

• Design and optimization of purchasing processes and tools, in particular in the field of process automation (e.g. SAP processes, master data management, doublette testing)
• Key user activities for SAP and other purchasing systems
• Use and further development of tools such as Celonis and Power BI to create dashboards and shopping codes
• Creation of evaluations and reports for departments and management
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements such as CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) and CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive)
• Support for sustainability topics including risk analyses and sustainability reports
• Implementation and further development of the systematic supplier evaluation

Your qualifications:

• Complete studies in the field of economics, technology or comparable qualifications
• Experience in Purchasing, Process Management or Procurement Excellence
• Very good knowledge of SAP and experience with tools such as Celonis and Power BI
• Analytical thinking and structured working
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as CBAM and CSRD
• Team skills, communication strength and initiative
