♪ This is your new job:

In our intensively supervised, (health-)pedagogical and animal-assisted girl-parent-school-living group in Marburg-Hermershausen, we accompany six girls' and young women's from 12 years onwards, who are not (currently) reached by school and have difficulties with school attendance. In a structured, educational daily routine, girls' and young women's ' will be able to experience individual training opportunities (home training through learning coaches, close cooperation with the in-house Julie-Spannagel School) and the offer of the (Heil-)Pädagogical Riding again joy and motivation for the school visit. In addition, they are closely accompanied by us in all their individual topics, loads, challenges and strengths. With the ultimate goal of fatigue, we assume that the girls are capable of active self-determined life if we succeed in activating their spilled potentials and giving them individual help to unfold them. Our team Zückenberg consists of 7-9 women\.

♪ These are your tasks as a female social education specialist (night care/night care) (d/m/w):

• You accompany and attend a girl's group at night and create a safe, durable and reliable framework for her sleep.
• You're using already elaborate sleep rituals together with the girl* at night.
• You keep your back at night and take care of the girl's nocturnal needs*
• Frequency and duration of your bets are customizable to you and your options. Regularity and reliability are important prerequisites.
• Your working hours can be: Sunday to Thursday from 22:00-06:00 and Friday and Saturday approx. 24:00-08:00

• You are an educator, social education, medical education, or have completed another relevant training or study
• You are empathic and encourage young people individually, needs-oriented and independent of the background

• You are flexible in a dynamic working environment, paired with the ability to self-reflection and constructive feedback
• As an exceptional team player you see where your help is needed and keeps a cool head even in difficult situations
• You can see the benefits of scheduled night watch services and design your schedule together with your team.
