Lean Management: Introduction and Sustainable Implementation of Lean Methods Analysis and optimization of existing business processes Planning and moderation of workshops and continuous improvement processes (KVP) Tracking the workshop results and performing 5S audits Documentation of improvements and creation of dashboards Voting and monitoring the implementation of the measures Continuous improvement support Ideas management: Examination and processing of submitted ideas in the internal optimization system in cooperation with works council, technical management and management Monitoring the implementation processes and creating meaningful evaluations

Completed technical training preferably with further training to the technician, or a comparable qualification Ideally knowledge in the areas of lean management and process optimization Experiences in working planning are advantageous Solution-oriented, cost-conscious and structured working style Embossed communication skills, self-employment at different organisational levels of different disciplines Safe handling of MS Office and ideally with Lean tools JOBV1_EN
