MUUH! Consulting is a strategy and organizational consultancy for the topic ''Kunde'' - we have been consulting industry-independent for more than 20 years at the interface from the company to the market. We develop and implement concepts and solutions for efficient and effective customer acquisition, retention and development in companies from middle to group, mainly in the areas of sales, service, customer care and marketing. Your tasks

From the outset, you are a valuable part of our team and gains exciting insights into consulting projects focusing on personnel and organizational development. You support coaching in the fields of communication, leadership, service and team development in the design, preparation and follow-up of training, workshops and side-by-side coaching

You create and rework presentations as well as training documents and media (e.g. handouts, tutorials, quick guides, voice overs)

You work closely with our consultants and support in different customer management projects - also beyond the topic of personnel and organizational development

You are a student:in a psychological, educational, economic, or social science course You are looking for training and personal development as well as customer management and advice You bring an independent and structured way of working with You have joy in dealing with people and you are to moderate and present You have very good German and good English skills

Through your consulting internship in the coolest team and in the coolest office in the world, you will gather professional experience from the start and support customer projects as well as our own product development
