As an object planner (m/w/d), you can design modern industrial and commercial buildings with a focus on structures and constructions that convince technically, economically and sustainably. In close cooperation with internal and external partners, you will develop tailor-made solutions – from the first idea to the design. Your tasks in detail: Object planning with focus on hall construction – you develop economic, functional and sustainable structural solutions for industrial and commercial halls Design and design – you create concepts, technical calculation bases and implement your strategies in detailed execution plans Approval Management – You create complete building application documents and ensure smooth coordination with authorities Coordination and interface management – You work closely with internal and external specialist planners, structural planners, builders and authorities Technology and innovation focus – you integrate modern constructions, use BIM methods (building information modeling) and optimize structural solutions for efficient implementation
