You carry out various craft activities such as small repairs, maintenance and maintenance work. You are responsible for the control and functional testing of domestic installations. You maintain the green and outdoor facilities as well as the parking facilities. You are responsible for the order and cleanliness at the location to be supervised. You are responsible for seasonal activities and cooperate in winter services.

You have technical knowledge and ideally completed vocational training within a craftsmanship. You are characterized by team spirit and a self-sponsored and independent way of working. You have a valid license for class B.
