As a production employee (m/w/d) in the field of plastics, varied and responsible activities await in an innovative working environment. This position offers the opportunity to actively participate in the production and processing of plastics that meet the highest industrial standards. The activity includes the preparation of materials as well as the operation of modern machines to ensure production efficiently and qualitatively high quality. • Implementation of production processes according to requirements
• Operation and monitoring of machines
• Quality control and documentation of manufacturing processes
• Assembly and packaging of products
• Compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support for maintenance of production facilities

We are looking for

• First experience in production of advantage, but no condition
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• Teamability and loadability
• readiness to work in shift work
• Accuracy and reliability
• Good knowledge of German communication in the team
