Independent development and implementation of sales-strategic initiatives to achieve corporate objectives and sales growth targets Analysis and identification of growth potentials in existing and new markets and target customers Development of tailor-made tools and approaches to maximize sales performance Advising management and executives in terms of strategic orientations and market potential Implementation of comprehensive market and industry analyses to identify trends, competitive landscapes and customer needs Collection and evaluation of market industry data (e.g. market volume, market shares, customer feedback) for deriving recommendations for action Self-creating market reports and forecasts to support long-term strategic decisions Support for the identification and development of strategic partnerships and cooperation to increase market share Independent coordination and support for business development, in particular in the development of new business areas and markets Creation and presentation of regular reports and analyses for management and relevant stakeholders Responsible for the detection, development implementation and monitoring of optimization and efficiency potentials and, where appropriate, Detection of corrective measures Own-sponsored cooperation with various organizational units and interface partners to implement measures, control planks, collection of information and ensuring a holistic process vision Head of complex, interdepartmental and internal projects

A completed degree in the field of business management with a focus on marketing or comparable qualification or completed vocational training with additional qualification or long-term professional experience Long-term experience in relevant areas of activity Embossed IT affinity, as well as safe handling of MS Office especially Excel SAP knowledge desirable Flowing German (C1-C2) and very good English (B2 – C1) Fun at work in the team Very good communication capability and pronounced service orientation Self-employed, reliable and responsible work
