Deals Programmmanager (w/m/d)

As part of our Deal team, you will support companies in all stages of the Deal Cycle: from determining suitable purchases or Sales options until the conclusion of the negotiations. From corporate and market analysis, advice on tax and legal issues to integration. For our Deals business unit we are looking for you as Deals Program Manager (w/m/d)

Project Management - You take over the management and management of complex projects for the development of (re-)financing-enabled corporate structures, such as holding structures and independent business parts. Collaboration - You work closely with various departments, including M&A, corporate development, corporate and labour law, taxes, finance, accounting and operational functions. Responsibility - You act as a central contact for executives, decision-making bodies as well as various internal departments and teams.

You have completed your studies in economics, economic engineering or a comparable course of study. You will bring at least 5 years of experience in the field of M&A, in company development or in projects on separations, integrations or restructuring. You have a profound understanding of the relationships between different disciplines such as corporate law, tax law, financing and evaluation. You draw your attention through a quick understanding and are able to quickly incorporate yourself into new topics. In addition, you communicate structured and can easily explain complex facts. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a high readiness to travel complete your profile.
