With the new opening of the Hotel Westermann in Oelde - a house of the monastery gate begins a new chapter for us.

We would like to offer our guests a place where warm hospitality, personal service and a pleasant atmosphere are the focus. For this we build a dedicated team that fills our philosophy with life and together with us lays the foundation for a successful start.

Servicemitarbeiter (m/w/d) auf Minijobbasis

We offer

Tasks

• Friendly and attentive care of our guests
• Recording of orders and serving food and beverages
• Pre- and post-processing of the restaurant and event area
• Cover and clean the tables
• Support for buffets, conferences and events
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in service
• Support of the team in a smooth service run
• Compliance with our hygiene and quality standards

Your profile

• Joy in dealing with guests and a friendly, well-kept appearance
• Service orientation and fun at work in the team
• Reliability, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Self-employed and careful working
• readiness for flexible operations under the week as well as weekends and holidays
• First experience in service is desirable, but no requirement
• Quereinsteiger are welcome
