Nutrition and regulatory support for the development of dietary supplements product range in the drugstore Regulatory accompaniment of the new product development process (Focus: NEM):Testing and securing the transportability Recipe and Raw Materials Testing and Delimitation Questions by NEM regarding Medicines, Medical Devices and Cosmetics Ensuring legal-regulatory labelling, mandatory information, packaging testing and engagement: according to Health Claims VO, LMIV, NEM VO

Regulatory assessment and monitoring of national and international wage producers, in particular with regard to product-specific and legal requirements Regulatory participation in the design and testing of contracts with national and international wage producers Creation of scientific opinions, for example for official complaints of our products (focus: NEM) Examination of information and advertising measures in accordance with current case law (focus: NEM) Support in answering nutritional inquiries from end users via our digital customer complaint system OTRS Scouting for innovative product options (NEM, but also potential medical devices) as well as identifying and implementing new approaches for product statements at NEM Ensuring and monitoring quality assurance and quality control Active participation and further development of the area with the prospect of taking over leadership responsibility in the future

Completed academic studies (preferably in the field of nutritional sciences) Including professional experience in Regulatory Affairs (Focus: NEM), ideally in industry, associations or authorities Extensive knowledge of the relevant legal requirements (focus: NEM) Experience in international expansion and the strategic development of a wage manufacturer portfolio, including beyond Europe Analytical and conceptual thinking and acting Representative organizational talent, prioritization and problem-solving competence as well as a high self-initiative and a self-responsible, implementation-oriented working method leadership potential as well as the ability to motivate and convince people Impressed communication skills, diplomatic skills and outcome orientation Marketing affinity in product management / development Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a pronounced understanding of the text Very good MS-Office knowledge and ideally experience in working with a customer complaint software (e.g. OTRS) And most importantly, you are thrilled by our brand and have the courage and motivation to attract everyone with this enthusiasm.
