Head of the Frozen Food Division (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the processes, organization and inventory in the frozen area and ensure the achievement of sales & earnings targets. The MHD test as well as compliance with the HACCP guidelines are also part of your task. Strengthen your team's cohesion through your motivating leadership and communication at eye level. You are interested in your colleagues and are constantly developing and promoting them. You provide an attractive presentation of goods and take over the product disposition, inventory monitoring and price labelling.

You are ideally accompanied by a completed vocational training as a salesman or retailer, as well as corresponding professional experience in this field. You are looking for food and pleasure in direct handling and communication with the clientele. You have the ability to lead and motivate employees. A reliable and effective way of working, self-initiative, organisational capacity and commitment and passion for the profession are the key. Good ways of handling, a friendly appearance and a well-kept appearance round off your profile.
