Support in the analysis of the qualification and development needs of employees and managers Coordination and organisation of internal and external training measures Support in selection and control as well as in cooperation with external trainers and educational providers Development and administrative care of learning concepts, training documents and e-learning content Support in the evaluation of training measures as well as success control and continuous optimization Working with HR and talent management projects Advising executives and employees on all organizational issues relating to training and health services

Completed commercial training, ideally in the staff sector Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing; Good knowledge of Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in training management First experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning tools of advantage Impressed communication strength and very good organizational skills High social and consulting skills Teamability and service-oriented attitude Openness for new learning trends and innovations Rapid opinion Own initiative and structured functioning
