Back Office Clerk: International Purchasing and Sales (m/f/d)

We are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) in the field of plastic (Compound) to strengthen our Back Office team.

In this responsible position, you actively support our buyers and distributors in the interior. These include the national and international procurement of raw materials and supplies for our plastics production for the locations Germany and the UK. In addition, together with our compound sales, you will continue to expand the sale of recycled raw materials. Here, you take over the complete order processing from order acceptance to payment processing and, if necessary, the creation of all customs documents and the accreditation.

In detail, your tasks include:

Responsibility for order processing in sales: You accompany our customers from order acceptance to payment processing including the creation of all customs documents. Procurement support: You keep in mind orders and delivery dates and assist in administrative tasks in purchasing and prepare documents for the buyer for price and contract negotiations with suppliers. You create and maintain articles in the ERP system and always keep an overview. You keep the day-to-day business in mind: you have offers and orders in mind, respond to changes and make sure delivery dates are adhered to. The processing of customer requests / complaints by phone and e-mail as well as the creation of offers in German and English does not pose a major challenge. You are in exchange: you communicate by phone and email with our customers and internally with the purchase/distribution, logistics and production as well as quality management. Cooperation with technical departments (technology, production etc.) to clarify technical requirements

Successfully completed commercial training with a well-founded practical experience in international shopping and/or sales services You can best describe the joy of customer contact, organizational talent and a pronounced service idea. Very good English skills, another foreign language is always helpful Experience in customs processing with ATLAS Safe handling of all MS Office applications and SAP Detectable experience in the analysis, optimization and redesign of workflows and have already digitized processes.
