(Junior) Third-Party Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks include You support internal and external stakeholder management, especially when controlling outsourced functions and service providers You help in developing guidelines and standards for service provider control and assist in ensuring compliance You will work together with the various departments of the Bank in preparing and implementing internal training You support the optimization of existing processes, take measures together with the team and accompany their implementation You help in the collection and analysis of risks of outsourced activities and assist in monitoring the performance and quality of service providers You work closely with different departments of the Bank and support cooperation in day-to-day business

What you bring You have a degree in BWL, Economics, Economic Law or a comparable area You bring first practical experiences, ideally in a dynamic environment such as startups, advice or in the banking environment Ideally you already have knowledge of legal requirements and regulations in outsourcing management (MaRisk & DORA), but this is not a must, we actively support you in developing and expanding this knowledge You are interested and willing to work on new topics You are strong in communication and have an open, secure appearance, even towards senior contacts such as the management
