Quality Representative (m/w/d)

You take responsibility for coordinating, controlling and ensuring the quality management system in cooperation with our central quality management system You provide information sharing/training within your team regarding changes and innovations in quality management Preparation, implementation and follow-up of audits incl. Assessment and reporting Daily proximity to the residents helps you continuously improve quality You provide quality documentation of the care process around the residents (medicine assignment, care protocols etc.) With the team on site, you contribute a significant part to ensuring the quality of care

You have a completed vocational training as a examinated nursing professional, nursing and/or health care professional You have already successfully completed the training in quality management or have the willingness to complete it You are welcome to us with and without professional experience You are a team player and owns empathy in dealing with the residents and colleagues You work independently, solution-oriented and like to laugh – we do too! You have the willingness to support the care team in everyday life
