Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Wernau (Neckar) Would you like to introduce your IFRS expertise in an international environment and help shape complex accounting issues? Then you will be part of our Home Comfort Finance Team. In this role, you assume the technical responsibility for selected IFRS topics and contribute to ensuring high-quality, regulatory and timely corporate reporting. You create and analyze the Home Comfort subgroup quarterly as well as annual consolidated financial statements according to IFRS, ensuring maximum transparency. The technical responsibility for selected IFRS standards, in particular IFRS 3, IAS 36 and IAS 38, is in your hands, ensuring their consistent application. You will also closely follow changes in IFRS accounting, interpret the relevant requirements and implement them proactively in our processes. You assess complex business incidents, in particular purchase price allocations (PPA), impairment tests (Goodwill & CGUs) as well as the accounting of intangible assets and activation projects. As a central contact person, you will be able to consult auditors: both internal and internal interfaces in Germany and abroad. You will advise the international HC Finance Community on all IFRS and Accounting issues in your field and share your knowledge. Continuously identify potential for improvement and actively promote the further development of our reporting and consolidation processes. Last but not least, you support projects in the field of IFRS Financial Reporting and Consolidation.

Education: completed studies in the field of finance, accounting, taxes, business management or comparable experiences and know-how: multi-year professional experience in IFRS Accounting and Corporate Reporting; very good knowledge of IFRS accounting; experience in Purchase Price Allocation, Impairment Testing or Review intangible assets; Knowledge of consolidation tools such as OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS or S/4 Group Reporting; good knowledge of SAP-FI and MS Office, especially Excel Personality and mode of operation: You succeed in analytically penetrating complex issues and developing precise solutions, always placing a high level of quality on your work; You work independently and structured, keep an overview even in challenging situations and bring your results to the target in a solution-oriented manner; it is easy for you to communicate clearly and convincingly in an international environment and to adapt flexibly to new circumstances; You successfully integrate into teams and actively contribute to joint success Languages: German and English in word and writing
